Return, Replacement & Authenticity Policy

(Applicable to All Purchases Made from K.K ARTS)

1. Product Classification & Authenticity

K.K ARTS offers two product categories:

Machine-Made Pashmina
• Solid-colored pieces
• Priced approximately ₹2,000–3,000
• Mechanically finished
• Not GI-certified
• Not handwoven

Pure Handwoven Pashmina (Luxury Line)
• Explicitly mentioned as “Handwoven”
• May include GI tag or authenticity certificate
• Higher price category

Important Clarification:
If a product listing does not clearly state “Handwoven”, “GI Certified”, or provide authenticity details, it is not a certified pure Kashmiri handwoven pashmina.

As stated for transparency:

“This is a quality of pashmina, not a handwoven or certified pashmina.”

No claims are made beyond what is explicitly mentioned in the product description.

2. Color Variation Disclaimer

All products are photographed in controlled lighting for maximum accuracy.

However, slight variation may occur due to:

  • Screen display differences

  • Lighting conditions

  • Dye batch variation

  • Natural fiber texture

Minor shade differences are natural in textile production and do not qualify as defects.

Customers are advised to review product details carefully before purchase and contact us for clarification if required.

3. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

All sales are final.

K.K ARTS does not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Minor color differences

  • Personal preference

  • Texture expectations

Exceptions (Statutory Compliance)

Replacement or refund is applicable only if:

• Product is damaged during transit
• Product has manufacturing defect
• Wrong item was delivered

Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

4. Mandatory Reporting Procedure

To raise a valid claim:

Within: 24 hours of delivery

Include:

  • Order number

  • Clear images of product

  • Images of packaging

  • Shipping label

  • Unboxing video (recommended)

Failure to report within 24 hours will result in rejection of the claim.

All cases are subject to internal inspection.
Decision of K.K ARTS shall be final.

5. Shipping Policy

• Shipping available Pan-India
• International shipping not currently available
• Delivery timelines depend on courier partners
• Customers must inspect the parcel upon receipt

6. Customer Responsibility

Before purchase, customers must:

  • Review product specifications carefully

  • Understand machine-made vs handwoven differences

  • Seek clarification before ordering if unsure

Failure to review product details does not qualify as a defect claim.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019:

  • K.K ARTS is not liable for indirect or consequential losses

  • Maximum liability is limited to the purchase value of the product

  • Nothing in this policy overrides statutory consumer rights

8. Force Majeure

K.K ARTS shall not be liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, governmental actions, or logistics disruptions.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This policy is governed by the laws of India.

All disputes shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
